Chris Wiegand, CEO of Jibestream Interactive Media, explains NoVoTouch, the company’s interactive directory software, for an interview at Canada’s Edcom. Mobile integration, according to Wiegand, is how Jibestream is “expanding” the NoVoTouch platform. In the video Wiegand states, “If we would like someone to be able to take some information away with them, they can simply go onto their mobile phone, pull out the QR code scanner, scan the code and now have a map on their mobile phone so they can walk away with that.”

The NoVoTouch platform features mobile wayfinding via QR code, which enables the owner of the campus to create content, specifically maps, for visitors to download—simplifying the visitor’s experience and enhancing the services provided.
