One of the most diverse, specialty, high-performance manufacturers in the video projection market is Projectiondesign. The company’s product line incorporates everything from stylish state-of-the-art projectors for home theaters to high-output projectors for commercial installations.
The Skinny: The European manufacturer’s latest product, the F82, addresses the need for high-performance three-chip DLP projectors that optimize pixel counts while providing high levels of brightness.
The Specs: The F82 incorporates a Texas Instruments three-chip DLP array that enables the projector to produce a SXGA+ (1400x1050) resolution and as much as 10,000 ANSI Lumens. Projectiondesign says the projector can be employed by users that require 4:3 or 1:1 aspect ratios, and through its implementation of its Advanced Optical Color Processing (ACOP) technologies, the projector calibrates with high levels of accuracy and no loss of bit depth. The Norwegian-based manufacturer backs the projector with a choice of lenses and a warranty that covers the product up to five years.
Solutions: The projector can be used for a variety of applications, including corporate, commercial, and retail.
