There are certainly a lot of different ways to reach out and touch someone these days. That said, communication isn’t meant to be a chore. Instead of mixing and matching those ways to keep in touch, Momentum is making the task easy, via Momentum Messenger.

The provider just debuted Momentum Messenger, a new communications service that combines video conferencing, instant messaging, voicemail, softphone, and click-to-dial, all into one interface.

Designed to make communications more centralized and efficient, Momentum Messenger is a unified communications solution—but at an affordable price for businesses of all sizes.

Using Momentum’s UC app, users can start a conversation on one device and pick it back up on another, all without missing a beat. It also has a tool to store and synchronize call logs and user preferences in the cloud for anywhere access.

Other features include video conferencing, IM, click-to-dial features, voicemail, call forwarding, and much more.

“Unified communications brings freedom and flexibility to the way people work,” said Brandon Hagood, Momentum’s director of product development. “Adopting an activity-based solution that allows employees to receive calls and messages from anywhere, and on a multitude of platforms, results in quicker response times and ultimately helps improve customer satisfaction.”
