The Hospitality market is usually understood to include hotels/motels, convention and conference centers, casinos, and cruise ships. Inherent in these types of properties is the fact that there are often other vertical market applications within the hospitality market — most hotels, for example, have on-premises restaurants and meeting facilities.

Many of the over 50,000 hotel properties in the U.S. also have retail stores, nightclubs, auditoria, health clubs and small chapels. So there is significant overlap with other key vertical markets, often all on a single site. A successful integrator in the hospitality market needs to have a broad technical understanding of an unusually wide range of system types and end-user needs.
