From the "sky is falling," help desk calls to the fear of technology and BYOD issues, your AV/IT peers share their pain.
By Cindy Davis

During many of my discussions with decision makers, the topic of, “pain points” would often arise. So we decided we would ask end users, consultants, integrators, product managers and other industry experts we were interviewing for articles for TechDecisions to share some of the pain points they experience during the day.

We’ve gotten a lot of interesting perspectives from people such as Casey Foulds from Texas Woman’s University, a few execs from AVI-SPL and AT&T.

I have a feeling that no matter what A/V or IT technology role you have or the type of organization you work within that you’ll find a lot of common ground. Being able to commiserate with your peers can be cathartic.

Get it off your chest and share the pain! Please share your “pain points” in the comments below or drop me a line at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Consider it digital scream therapy.
